LMS/VLE integration

I am an Administrator/Instructor, how can I get started with Oxford Insight in my LMS/VLE?
How do I use the Oxford Insight tool, now that it’s been installed in my LMS/VLE?
How am I able to use Oxford Insight in my course if I do not have an LMS/VLE, or if I am not able to use my institution’s LMS/VLE?
There seems to be an issue with the integration of the LTI tool in my LMS/VLE. It won’t let me add resources/there’s an unexpected error. How can I resolve this?
After copying an Oxford Insight, how do I prevent broken or stale Insight links?
