Currently, you cannot directly set a total point value for an assessment. The point value for the assessment is the sum of the point values of all the questions it contains. You can change points for individual questions, but it takes time and may not give you the exact total you want.
Better Option:
In your LMS course, set up assignment groups/categories and weightings that achieve the desired weighting towards the final grade. For example, create a “Chapter Quizzes” assignment group, weight it as 25% of the final grade, and add all of the Insight chapter quizzes to that group.
