  • name and institutional email addresses for all affected users 
  • institution name
  • resources affected (e.g., Interplay 16e Student Resources, SQE1 Prep & Practise, Cognition 2e Insight Courseware, etc.)

Once we receive this information, we will respond ASAP to confirm the steps taken.
