All assessments that are set to Graded in Insight will sync to your LMS gradebook. To stop some assessments from syncing with your LMS gradebook, change them to Not Graded.
Option 1: Use the Activity Settings Page
- Uncheck Graded next to items, then save.
- Select multiple items, click Batch Edit, click Update Settings, set them to Not Graded, then save.
Option 2: Edit an Individual Component’s Settings
- Go to the page that contains the assessment.
- Switch to Authoring Mode.
- Move your cursor over the assessment and click Edit.
- Go to Edit Component and set Graded to “No,” then save.
Important:
The Oxford Insight LTI 1.3 tool can’t remove assignments from your LMS course once they have been synced. If you change an assessment to Not Graded after syncing, delete the old item manually in your LMS course gradebook to avoid confusion.
