If you are trying to redeem an Oxford Insight access code in your course and are receiving the message that the code is not valid, please do the following:
- Confirm that you are entering the code exactly as it was provided to you
- Match the capitalization of all letters
- Do not enter any hyphens
- Ensure you are entering the code at the paywall and not in the “Course enrollment code” field
If the code is still not working for you, please Contact Us and provide your name, institutional email address, course title, proof of purchase, and the access code, and we will investigate.
